Pregnancy and Infertility

I'm 17 years old recently my ultrasound report is coming it's shows ovaries polycystic right ovary cystic is about 2.3×2.6cm in size ,follicle size is 0.5cm and volume is 4.2cm .........left ovary cystic is measuring about 3.6×4.1cm in size ,follicle size is 0.6cm and volume is 4.7cm ........... Uterus size is normal ,endometrial cavity echoes iis seen ,no focal mass is seen,no G.sac is seen and no adenexal mass is seen .........can you please tell me the problem with me???

I am 33 yrs old. History of fibroids. Recent snography shows endometrial echo complex appears thickened with collection in it. 13 mm thickness. This is on the 10th day of period. M having heavy bleeding with clots. Sometimes the bleeding lessens and at times it gets extremely heavy and the pad needs to be changed in just one hour.

My wife missed the menstrual cycle it was due on 10th Nov, now on 29 she felt like vomiting so we did test which was positive..... Last time this happened we used mifegest.. But it involves lot of bleeding and pain... Is there any other less painful and less bleeding method or medicine....

My inner labia are large and make me feel really uncomfortable whenever i shave down there and the skin touches my clothes. also i have not been intimate with anyone before due to this but this is bothering me now
