Period started yesterday and has been normal until this evening when bleeding became very heavy. I usually suffer with very bad period pains but haven’t had any this time round. My last period only lasted for 1-2 days where as normally 4-5 should I be worried?

I am 33 years old with largest fibroids sized 7 cm, 8cm, 5cm and smaller ones sized 3 and 1 cm. I have been on period for more than 6 days and have heavy bleeding with clots. Snography on 6th day of period shows endometrial lining thickness of 13mm and collection within it. Does the collection and thickness indicate infection, cancer or both. Please advise.
