I consumed I pill 5 days ago and I had my blood test today, which included a thyroid test, urine analysis haemogram ans BSL. Will the pill cause any difference in the results?

After taking ipill i got my periods 15d early on 12th august..after dat i missed my period on september...soo i took deviry 10mg tab frm oct1st n i got my periods on 4th october..den on 4th nov i dint have my periods..sooo i took deviry 10mg again on 5th nov & i got my periods on 12th november....now its 17th december n i have not got my periods ...what to do??
