Pregnancy and Infertility

Actually i always get my periods late then the past month. But mom says it is not good. Thats why everytime i get cramps which are very painful more than usual. And this moth i didnt have my periods. So what to do?and is it not good to have periods on proper time?

I m married since 5 Feb 2016 .... want to conceive a baby.. tried but failed.... uterus n tubes are normal as per reports.... no contraceptive pills taken ... seen test of my hubby is also done n it is also normal.....wat to do now

Hello my wife is in her 3rd trimester. 30 weeks completed. her iron levels are 59 and haemoglobin is 9.8. she is taking orofer xt last 4 months. we have been advised to take intravenous iron to boost iron and haemoglobin levels. we want to take your opinion about this. should we take intravenous iron? will it have any side effects.

After 14 days of MTP, US results "Endometrium is thick and echogeneic measures 14 mm with tiny cystic areas within. On color doppler raised vascularity is seen s/o RPOC" Bleeding is going on for three weeks now w/o any complication like fever,diarrhea, vomiting etc. Should i wait for uterus to clear out itself or go for DnC I am afraid of DnC
