Me and my husband are trying for parenthood for last there months but no positive result is there.is now doctor advice is required plz let me know. I am 35 years old and my husband is 39 years old

Uterine cavity appear normal in size and shape multiple filling defect seen in endometrial cavity likely due to air bubbles. Bilateral fallopian tubes appear normal in course and calibre. There is minimal localized spillage of contrast on right side. There is no spillage of contrast on left side- distal tubal block. Advice- clinical correlation. Please suggest what report said all is ok.

Had a colposxopy on Monday had 1 day of discharge now Saturday I am bleeding passing blood clots size of quarters and half dollars also having bad cramps. Should I be worried
