Doctor my right ovaries measure 74.3*26.7*28.3mms and left ovaries measure 32.3*15.8*23.1 Is it normal or I have to worry about anything? I have had no periods from last 5 months.

So I am 14 years old and have been having my period for about 6 months now and this cycle started on Wednesday night and yesterday (Saturday) I looked at my tampon and there was a tiny bit of grey on the bottom! Its been 42 days since my last period. I know its late. I have been taking antibiotics for a back problem. Can the antibiotics hamper my period cycle? Will taking deviry 10 mg correct my period now?
