My blood group is b-ve and my fiancees blood group is o+ve Will it create any problem for both mother and foetus????

Hi doc, We both are IT professionals , of the same age and have been married for more than a year now. My husband works late in the night most of the days. We are affectionate towards each other and have a little intimacy too but not to the extent of feeling the need to consummate until now. We have tried a lot of times but fail everytime. It's not like we don't want to do it, it's that we don't feel the need or aren't able to do it even when we try. Can there be something wrong and do we need any kind of consultation?
