Please help to get my period as earliest I have done pragnancy test 2 time it was negative still period delay for7 days last month I got period only for 2 days

From last three years its worse I conceived naturally 3 years back and lost my baby but after delivery and loosing baby i tool loads of injections and medicines but all failed
