Pregnancy and Infertility

I have been advised by doctor to remove Dermoid cyst on left ovary thru Laporoscopoy surgery. Latest scan shows the cyst size is 3.2X3 cms. I am not able to decide . I am a married woman and trying for conception for the last one year. Pls advice whether to go with the surgery before i actually get conceived. Whats the minimum cyst size to get it removed via laproscopy

I choose IUD as my birth control since the nurse from hospital which where I gave birth to my son told me that its safe. I wasn't able to have follow up check ups until now and I can feel the thread from my IUD when Im. Washing my private part. Whats my concern is that can I have it remove to an OBGYNE from a different hospital? or should I go back to the hospital where I had my iud done.

My past cycle is 70days...after my period started I used Siphene50mg from 2nd day of my period for 5days.i haven't stopped bleeding for 6days..(as my period will b only for 3 days... )on 6th day my doctor suggested me "pause MF"for 3days...3tab daily... I am still getting spotting.... What is the reason... Is anything wrong....

I did hsg test on my 9th day before ovulation,thus hsg x-ray will affect the fetus devolp in same cycle is there any risk I got fear becoz frnd of mine told me sometimes dye will remain in uteres and f.tube.i took letrozole 2.5mg from day 2 is there any risk ???
