Pregnancy and Infertility

I was detected with pcos three years ago. At that time i missed my periods so started harmonal medicines to treat it, due to which i suffered pulmonary thrombus. At that time my sonography indicated no pcos. Now periods are regular but bleeding very less only two days. I am 33, one child.no bleeding on 1 day, bleeding starts on day two.

This is the result i got from a scan i did Right =39mm/ 29mm, left- 37mm/ 32mm the POD are free

I am 28. This is third time follicular study and now on 10th day of period this time result is RT ovary 21×16mm LT overy 10×8mm endomet 4.1 type 1 and they left remark left side adnxa tubural cysticless hydrosalpus 4×2cm.
