Will the 5mm submucousal fibroid effect the while trying to conceive. Report shows two tiny submucousal fibroid seedling what does it mean can please explain.

I am experiencing an unusual pain in my left breast as any nerve is getting pinched hard. In past 2 months I experienced it 4 to 5 times. Hi im roja. I am having pcod problem from two yrs. Doctor gave medicines for regular periods and i had follicular study on 10day of my period result was rt side 12*7mm lft side was 10*6mm endometriem was 6mm . Today again i had 12th day scan rt side was 12*8mm and lft side 11*7mm and endometriem size was 6.6mm. Is my report normal we are trying to have baby. Plzz help and tell is this normal or not
