Uterus is retroverted, bulky and measures 11.7x11.4x8.9 CM. It reveals generalised inhomogenious echogenicity of myometrium with ill defined endometrium with thickness 19.20mm. Both ovaries appears bulky right-3.5x2.1cm Left-4.3x2.1cm.kindly suggest best treatment for this report.

Trying for pragnency and diagnosed with endometrium polyp of size 8mm. My doctor has put me under medication. Presently I'm taking yasmin tablets for 21 days, 2 months I took. Will these polyps reduce with tablets. Are do I need to under go for surgery?? Also I heard if we take these birth control yasmin tablets polyp size will grow more like that.. I don't know why my doctor has put me under this medication.. After surgery also will these polyps grow again??
