Sir plz tell me d medicine for period to come overnight as i have a function next week... so dat i can attend it..

Uterus is bulky (10x7cm) with normal echotexture. Endometrial echos are normal (6-7mm), homogenous with irregular outline. A large (7x7cm) well define hypoechoic mass seen in the posterior wall away from the canal. No clacification changes seen. No significant vascularity seen in color flow.

I am 21 years old and I have had two injections of the Depo shot, August 12th, 2016 and I didn't go back until May 1st, 2017 for the second one. While I was on the shot in May, I was still having a period and when I got off, I was still having a period every month. The only issue is that my periods are very irregular. This month my cycle lasted for 49 days and last month it lasted for 36 days and the month before that it lasted for 30 days. I don't know if this is a huge issue where I should go

I'm on Clomid and today is day 14 of my cycle and I have only one follicle measuring 14mm. Can I conceive this cycle?
