Pregnancy and Infertility

My wife went through a  C Section in Jan 2018 and gave birth to a baby. Dissolvable stitches are applied at both uterus and abdomen. Now outer stitches are healed but she is feeling pain inside. Some small threads are also coming out through urine. Please suggest and let me know that the threads are the parts of stitches which has dissolved or there might be some other problem.

My periods have stopped for over a month now and I'm facing serious memory issues and problems like not being able to think on my feet and respond to people. This is weird because I was pretty efficient at it before

Hi my tsh level is 4.6 and i am taking thyronorm 25 mg from last 3 months. Before 3 months it was 8.3 . We are trying to conceive from last 3-4 months. So now tsh level of 4.6 is also a problem for conceiving. As my periods are always regular 28 days and there is no cyst in ovaries
