Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding
Hi, there. I have been bleeding for almost a month. I suspect it is hormonal imbalance as I have had an ultra sound a while back and there were no problems with my ovaries, they were only big. When I was on the pill for a year after this test, I had no problems with bleeding whatsoever, but I didn't want to rely on synthetic hormones forever. My GP isn't very helpful as they always say they don't have appointments. I have just started taking Vitex fruit to manage the bleeding...

If you have not believe on synthetic hormones then wait and watch it will stop automatically but time consuming and due to bleeding haemoglobin will come down .If you want natural treatment maintain hb level.
