If pregnancy is inside uterus BHcg should be doubled after 48 hour
If not doubled and rising slowly we have to rule out from either ectopic pregnancy and delayed conception and failing pregnancy

Clots signify excessive flow
Implantation bleeding is a little lighter than the usual period it does not have clots
Bhcg titers should double in 48 hours
If not it could be an ectopic pregnancy

Implantation bleeding is usually very light spotting, so clots point more toward your period or something else going on, not implantation itself. Beta hCG typically doubles roughly every 48 to 72 hours in early pregnancy, but that rate depends on your starting value, so a slightly slower rise on its own does not automatically mean an unhealthy pregnancy.
