I have 10.5 mm of follocle on day 23th of cycle , i have taken clomid 100mg per day dose even with that my follicle is not growing ,6 months back i have done laproscopy and ovarian drilling after that my follicles are not growing before the surgery my follicle was growing . My right tube have fimbrial block .what should i do for not growing follicles even with clomid 100mg dose

I got my periods on 25-29 sept. Me and my partner got intimate on 1 oct and I took ipill on 2oct. Then I got withdrawal bleeding on 11oct which was just like my periods.
