Low milk supply nr 3rd month completion
Hello dr. My baby will complete the 3rd month in the next 2 days. My milk supply has almost reduced to 10% from yesterday. He was on breastfeeding and only  sometimes needed a top up like 30 ml of formula only. How to manage milk supply in the 4th month and is it normal to reduce at this time.? I am still not getting my periods. Please suggest what to do?!

Have a good protein rich diet No it is not normal for the milk supply to reduce at 4th month If you are not pregnant it's okay not to get your periods this is because of hormonal changes of lactation

Connect please for knowing the ways to enhance breast milk supply. It should not get reduced by 3 months. It's usually maximum by 4 months
