Increased resistance of uterine artery means that presently everything is normal but you have an increased risk of increased blood pressure in later pregnancy. Aspirin 75 mg is the standard medication all over the world . Apart from that you should take low salt and high protein diet, breathing exercises and regular checkups of blood pressure.
