Pregnancy and Infertility

I am 33 years old & I have a kid. My delivery was a C-section. Is it ok if I am doing skipping? How long can I do it? 10-20 mins or more then that? As per some suggestions I received it should not be done after delivery. Please help me to solve this query.

I'm 23 yr old,having irregular periods since November & it's bcum irregular only during exams. Dr. said i've bilateral PCOD & in ultrasound report both ovaries show multiple small 03-04mm antral cysts. RO=30×19 mm & LO=30×21mm Uterus is normal in size, outline & echotexture.It measures 55×32×38mm.Myometrial echotexture is normal.Endometrial echo is central, linear, echogenic(03mm) I've taken Medroxyprogesterone for 5days.Still not having periods, its been 3dys from my last dose Is it normal??
