My periods r irreglur. last month i eat regestrone 5mg for 5days after 5days my periods come but this month no periods last periods on feb10th.so pls suggest any remedies

My wife is 22 week pregnent, she experienced baby movement on saturday night(10.03.2018)& we heard heart beat of baby on staturday morning(during doctor visit). Since Saturday night she didn't feel baby movement. Is it normal? She had cough for 3 days(sat, sun, mon). Today tuesday(13.03.2018) she is fine(not coughing) she is not facing any body pain/stomach cramp/bleeding. So want to know whether baby non movement for few days is fine during 22nd week. or we consult doctor? Thank You.
