I have taken mifepristone and misopristol. usually it works properly. but i got heavy bleeding just for one day. now bleeding is not happens.

I haven't had a period n two years I'm 57 years old and just started bleeding

I am having facial hair growth around my cheeks and below my chin , also i have gained weight in the last 3 4 yrs . What can be the reason?
