Pregnancy and Infertility

I am having brown spotting since last two days. Last period was on 12 March. I had Bhcg test and proctanil that are negative. Now plz tell me what to do? Do I need to go for ultrasound or wait for a clear period? I never had a disturbed cycle. Flow is normal every time. But last time I found a little heavy bleeding. And this time no bleeding at all only spotting.

I have heavy periods with extreme pain during periods for last two years. Ultrasound revealed pcod and adenomyosis. Doctor advised me endometriosis. But I forgot the way of taking medicine. As far as I remember she told me to start on second day of period. But somebody told me that it's taken after the periods. Also she has given Trenexa mf. Kindly suggest the way of taking medication. Is adenomyosis same as endometriosis?

Tomarrow (07/04/2018) I take NT scan . Iam in 13 weeks and 2 days now . In the ultra sound radiologist found a 1cm measured fibroid inthe posterior wall of uterus . There is any problem in it

I am a married girl of 28 years. My husband is 30. My first baby was born in january this year but could not survive after 3 weeks due to feeding problem related with others. She could not consume my breast milk properly.              After her birth I am flodded with breast milk.I feel slight pain when it is full of milk.I tried to pump out it.But my husband desist me from doing this. He likes my breast milk and consumes it every night.Though it gives me some relief at the same time I eager to know whether the breast milk which is meant for babies is suitable for any adult person. My husband is comfortable with this. In future after the birth of my second child will the baby get plenty of breast milk as now? Mrs s paul.
