Pregnancy and Infertility

I've been having lower back pain for 4wks. Now followed by intermittent spotting and intermittent lower abdominal cramping

I m 23 year old virgin girl. My LMP was 22 march and today 7 april. But still my menses is delay about 15 days.normally i have normal menstrual cycle. But only this time this problem occur.Can u suggest me any allopathic medicine to get menses ?

My mother (48year )had severe bleeding she undergone USG n biopsy the report show that her uterus is mildly bulky (8.9×5.4×5.7cm) & left ovary has 2.8 cm follicular cyst with septation ..the TVS (biopsy ) is normal(endometrial thickness is 6.6mm ...the doctor gave her antibiotics for 21 days ..plz suggest is hysterectomy needed or not ? What can be the cause of bulky uterus ...?she has no fibroids as well plz help
