Period is not come after taking primolute n..then I can get a extra dose of primolute

Hi, I am a 35-year-old female. I've Endometriosis and haven't been able to conceive in my 9 years of marriage. I have had laparoscopy done in 2013 which declared that I had blocked fallopian tubes. While I have no abdominal pain during my cycle (that's a week in advance every month), I've been suffering from back pain from my 7th to 12th day with very minimal to NO spotting. Hi.. My mom had her menopause 7 years back and there was no bleeding after that. Two days back after peeing she found blood all around the toilet area mixed in her urine. She had it only in the morning and no bleeding after that. Is it something to be worried of? She dint have any pain during her bleeding.
