Whether my wife sadnes will effect baby.

We got married on March 04, 2018. During my marriage my wife parents insulted my family. Because of this I don't like my wife's parents. But I am not torturing my wife because of this. I am taking care of her well. And I am showing my love on her. Now she is 3 months conceived. She wants to speak with her parents more and more. But problem is she speaks more time with her parents. I am worried about whether radiation will have any bad effects on my baby. I am resisting her speaking with her parents because I don't like them and radiation problem. And I will scold her parents in front of her. If I scold her parents she is getting sadness. Whether this sadness will effect my baby? My syster mentally retarded since her birth. Whether chances of my syster inheritance will increase because of my wife sadness? Whether my wife sadness will leads to mentally retardness of my child?
