Doctors give me birth control pills for ireguler period and after taking last dose I did not get my period I wait 3 day and then start daivry 10 mg tablet 3 day of daivry I get Little spot should I continue 10 days course or stoped the tablet?

My period is not stopping for 13 days now after taking ipill after a mishap . I get periods for not more than maximum 4 days , it may be the side effects of the ipill. Please suggest what to do and if there is any medicine to stop the period
