Pregnancy and Infertility

Beta hcg level 738 and scan with 2.8x3.8mm gestational sac witho no fetus and yolk is dz report is normal in 40 days cycle

Age 35 single virgin. From November 16 to nov 31st I had bleeding including withdrawal bleeding and spotting  . Used   trapic  for 3 days to stop periods. But flow again started from December 4th . Doctor told it's due to mild pcos. Used Krimson 21 days strip from dec 7th  . Tablets completed on 31st December. Got regular period on 7th Jan to 11th Jan. But  again withdrawal  spotting and dark brown mucus discharge started on 22nd Jan. What went wrong? Should I wait for few days.  Why is it giving withdrawal discharge after periods. Krimson Medicine was given only for one cycle. 21 days. She asked to use the Krimson 21 stop only for one cycle.

We had 3 4AA grade frozen but after thawing only 1 survive?? What could be reason?? Issued to clinic or anything else??

Is it safe to take Letrozole ? Does it have any impact on future fertility? I tried naturally for 4 cycles. As I did not get success, so started taking Latrozole given by doctor. Is it fine? Or should wait few more cycles before taking these fertility medicine? Please share your real life experience in this.

My periods is late upto 8 days and the test is also negative  so my doctor recommended me to take meprate tablet per day 2 tablets in Day and night So I want to know that upto how many days I want to take this medicine is 3 days is sufficient for that

We had failed frozen cycle with excellent and good embryo transfer with 8.5 endo...what could be reason? Doctor asked for hysteroscopy before next frozen cycle. What should we do??

Hi Expert, I do have a 28-30 days cycle (3 days)and the period is always regular. C Section on : 20 Oct 2022 Baby : first Period resumed from last week of Nov 2022 Have inserted IUD on July 2023 After insertion I have felt some changes in the pattern of my period but always regular. This month my period started on 12th ended on 16th . But again started on 21st with regular flow. Am on medication due to viral Fever , cold and cough. Shall I need to visit my gynecologist immediately considering some alarming situation or it's not serious. Please suggest. Thanks

I missed my period last month and this month took deviry 10 mg once a day for 5 days as the doc prescribed. It is 13th day today after stopping the tab and I still did not get my periods. Is this normal and after how many days of stopping deviry do I get periods? And what happens if it doesn't come?

Hello, I went for my growth scan at 30 weeks 1 day .Estimated fetal weight is 1443+- 211gm. The radiologist informed me that I have AfI of 8.5 which is low for gestational age and may lead to preterm birth. She also mentioned that the weight is a little less than expected..I am a 5 feet 2 inch slim woman.Please let me know if this will lead to early delivery..My baby also has a 13 percentile abdominal circumference ..The rest of the parameters seem normal. BPD 7.6 CM HC 27.9 cm AC 24.7 CM FL 5.8 cm
