3 weeks ago i had been physical with my husband. And now my periods date had crossed bt i didnt had it yet this month. Is it possible that im pregnent??? Or its some kind of hormonal problem???

Breast tissues are heterogeneously dense bilaterally without any mammographically demonstrable mass lesion, architectural distortion or suspicious microcalcification. USG correlation reveals irregular hypoechoic areas with small debris filled necrotic components involving lower inner and lower outer quadrants of left breast with prominent debris filled ducts - likely to be inflammatory lesion (? Granulomatous infection). However further evaluation is suggested to rule out inflammatory carcinoma. (BIRADS category - IV)

From like 2 days there's a  pain (pinching sensation ) below navel in leftside the iliac region also  I've just got my periods over and going through the medications for severe loosemotion  what could be the possible reasons for this pain should i go for a checkup .

I am 22 and I have had regular periods all my life around 29-32 days between each cycle. From last 6 months things have changed. Earlier, I started having periods every 25 days or so which was early for me, this continued for 4 months. Now since last 3 months, I have had a 45 day gap between my cycle for last 1 cycle. And it has been more than 35 days now since my previous cycle, I still haven't got my period. Should I be worried?
