I am 38 yr old women not conceived yet after 7 years of marriage but heavy bleeding during periods.Can I conceive naturally if so how and how to control heavy bleeding during periods every month if i go to job.

Hi doctor, I have skipped my periods for this month. In the past I have never got my periods late nor skipped them. It's been a week now since the day I should have got it. On my scan 11th day small follicles then 13th day 11×9mm then 16 th and 20 th day dominant follicles what is the problem?What to do?Please help me give full details for me...
