Is there any chance that a Serum Beta HCG showing values <0.100 is wrong if taken after 10 days of missed period?

I am a 35 week pregnant woman and I fully intend to deliver the baby through natural means. I do not want a C- Section unless it is completely necessary. For that to happen, I know that the baby must come head first through the vaginal opening. So, what must be the cephalic position of the baby at 35 weeks? If the baby is not upside down yet, what must I do?

I am 6 months into pregnancy and the doctors have told me that I have gestational diabetes. They say I’ll be fine once I deliver the baby and I need to be under medication to control it till the. Is there any Gestational Diabetes Treatment that can have a long lasting effect? I don’t want to be under medication for so long for something temporary. Thanks!
