Regarding usg report

No Focal Lesion is seen. Endometrium thickness 6.5mm. Both ovaries show multiple (>10) peripheral follicles of varying sizes(2-8mm). No adnexal mass lesion seen. Polycystic changes in both ovaries.

What does having high ovary count mean?

I happened to have get all my tests done, as prescribed by my Gynaecologist. The reports, apparently, showed no evidence of a problem except a high count of ovaries (both sides) in comparison to normal. What does that mean? What are the consequences? Thank you. :)
