I have undergone laproscopic ovarian dermoid cystectomy on 19july 2018. How how many weeks is it advisable to start working out again? (cardio and lifting weights)

Recently in her ultrasonography report it was found that she have a bulky uterus with uterine fluid, bulky ovaries & heterogeneous lession in right ovary with vascularity and right ovarian cysts. After this she did blood test which showed CEA - Observed value as 1.25 & CA - 119.20. Please help with what is the exact problem she has and what needs to be done next.

My periods are regular. My marriage is fixed on 23 of August. My last period is on 25 July. I want to postpone my period. Doc suggested to take meprate 10 mg tablet one per day. Is it enough to stop or shall I take twice per day. And also I am thinking to wait for 3 months after marriage and if not conceive then planning to take treatment. Is it fine? I am confused what to do. Please suggest.
