As I have have irregular periods doctor proscribed me pq 10 capsules. Is this medication right. Am scared if it is not related to my problem, because I couldn't find a valid info online

Hello, I have low calcium levels,so doctor has asked me to use gemcal plus and A - Z gold. We are planning for conception. Can I use b longf now? Or A-Z itself would be sufficient? If not blongf, which is the medicine recommended? For how many months should fo lic acid be used and should we try to convince after that course or can try while using?

I had took primolut N 5 mg for 5 days to withdrawal bleeding.. I got my periods on 5th day. My 1st day was period is 23rd July now when can i expect my periods for this month.
