I am using cc 74 and A-Z gold, calcium and multivitamin.. we are planning for kids. So can I take folic acid in addition to these calcium and multivitamin or multivitamin in itself is sufficient. Folvite or b long f, which one is better? Should it be taken in the morning or night? What is the dosage? Please suggest. Thanks.
