After taking an ipill, I got my period next month but after that I have missed my period for 3 consecutive months. Please give me the possible reasons and suggestions.

My normal periods was start on 5 june, then i got test and i was pregent and took abortion pills on 20th july and bleed for 5 days but i didnot get my periods on august even not till now.i use kit to test  home twice but result was negative.but today i use hcg test n report is 22061.48mIu/ml.is i am pregent or not.if yes then how many weeks pregent.

I am not getting my periods...there is only some spots of blood on sanitary napkin in my 1st day n 2nd day also it is not bleeding...why this is happening

I am 26years old.Before i use to experience lower abdominal pain/ sudden cramp on 15th day of my menstrual cycle but it lasted only for an evening or so. For last 4 months this pain and sudden cramps are lasting for 15days until i get my next period. Pain starts before urination, after urinating pain sometimes increase and then slowly goes down.Pain starts if i walk fast or climb the stairs rapidly, severe pain after orgasm then slowly goes away. Is it normal ovulation pain or something else?
