  4. Chronic pelvic pain. Please explain.

My mother is suffering from chronic pelvic pain and she is under medication i.e.doxycyline prescribed by the doctor and laproscopy suggested if the problem persists...what is the cause behind this please explain.

From the minimal details you have given your mother could be suffering from pelvic inflammatory  disease which is infection of uterus tubes or ovaries.
