Pregnancy and Infertility

Dear mam.i want to ask what are the reasons not geting pregnent in follicular treatment.my period is regular ie28days .

Good evening. I am 37years old and I had conceived but unfortunately in scanning the result showed as irregular sac .so doctor suggested me to take off baby I was of 7weeks but the sac was very leads than 4weeks. Doctor gave me tablet to abort . But she dint have me antibiotics . Can anyone help me out please. I tried calling doctor but she is out of station for festival.

I usually gets periods on time and once a month cycle but this time I have got periods 3 times this month.. I have done sonography for adbomen and pelvis and the report came normal.. there are no findings yet.. can you suggest what should I do ?? Is there any problem or just due to harmonal imbalance

She take 7 i-pill in one day and now she has hevay bleeding, vomiting,body pain,hair fall,feeling faint...Dr. suggested to give trenaximic adic 500mg two tab at a time in duration of 6 hrs. is there any side effects of thi medicine? Please suggest me.
