I m married 29/yr.i have regular periods every month but this i have missed my period.LMP 22/8/18.i did hcg on 21/9/18 it was 4.5ml.And i did upt in home it was negative.i want to whats the problem? how much time i will wait?

My prolactin came 65, doctor has given me cabgolin 0.5 twice a week for prolactin and deviry 10 mg for missed period for five days. I am already a month late therefore if i am taking both these medicines simultaneously. When should i expect my periods and deviry is supposed to be taken on empty stomach or after food.
