I want to delay my periods for 1 week and i bought Regestrone 5mg for that. Is it safe to take it and what is the procedure.

Hi this is the 2nd day of my periods but only brownish red spotted my periods is 28th of September but this brownish red spotted at 27th of September 3days with the same pblm is there any other pblm or hormonal changes

I am a 32 year old woman. I got married 10 months ago. Since then I have had two miscarriages, both in the first trimester. A pelvic ultrasound has diagnosed me with PCOS. My ovary size as per a USG lower abdomen (TVS) is as follows: right ovary 30.2x14.6x29.8mm, vol 6.9 cc Left ovary 31.5x18.3x29.5 mm, vol 8.9cc. I am having bit extra hair growth since childhood & undergone TB medication 2 yrs back Do I need to undergo medical treatment for my condition or can it be cured by lifestyle changes?
