I am suffering from PCOS. The gynae has prescribed to take Letroz tablets from CD2 to CD5 twice a day along with Valest 2mg and Fertisure F. Will this help ovulation? And which day I can expect ovulation as my periods are irregular

2mnths back I took DNC,after one month my period came it's normally bleed at 4th day I went to hospital nd put copper wire for family planning,after 1mnth my period came but no bleeding is there any serious I'm worried,now Im 2nd day of my period give me suggestion pls can I go to hospital for no bleeding after use of copper wire
