Am a girl age 29yrs and i have not seen my first period and also my body does not show any sigh of growing.

My wife has dry cough and she is breastfeeding to 1month baby. She is having dry cough all day. Which is the best medicine to her?

My usg report on day 13 states follicle size of 19mm and I took hcg5000 on the same night. Use report on 18th day states " another follicle has reduced in size that was previously thin walled and large has now acquired thick cremated margin (19×14mm). Mild fluid seen around the follicle. But no fluid in POD" Have i ovulated if yes are there chances of conceiving as I had physical ration as advised?
