Greetings I have liquid in the pouch of Douglas,did a CT scan,and it measures 10x7x5cm, previously treated for Uterine TB(TN gold negative,chest x-ray clear),but the pelvic pain still persisted. Been advised to take Ofloxacin 200mg. 1.For how long do I take it for. 2.ESR has come down from 33 to 21( took Chymoral) 3.How do I check if the fluid has been reabsorbed. 4.What blood tests to be done to determine if the antibiotic is working. I have been recently diagnosed with bilateral PCOS . My AMH is 2.49 and TSH is 1.3. I have irregular periods since past 5 months. Will PCOS affect my egg quality and quantity? I am 31 years old. I heard PCOS really affects the egg quality and depletes your egg reaerve fast. Please advice.
