Hi I have period problem am getting period for more than 20 days Could you please help me out from this

They have problem with there period . last time they got period on 4 feb but now still period not done

Hi doctor....for past 5 months I am consuming duphaston 10mg twice a day from 21st to 28th day of my mentrual cycle ....but now for this month I don't want to consume it on the particular date as I am going for honeymoon so I don't want to get my periods at that time...can I consume duphaston after 28th day of my cycle anytime?...will that affect my menstrual flow?
