Am 22 years old and unmarried..! Having pcod from several years..! I got my last period in june 2018..then there is no period for 5 month..! And In Mid decemeber.. I dance so badly...and it left me with the full body pain for two days..and after that i started having period thicker and very lesser and for about 1 week it I got my period like this...THICKER AND LESSER...and after that I started to have more but only in day time from 10-5 probably.. and now Its almost 15 days am having period like this..! Is it normal? Is it bcoz of dance...!??
