I have been taking primalut n since 2 days i was suggested it would cause periods early but my plans are preponed and i need to go on trip next saturday itself. Only 7 days remaining and still not in periods what should i do

After taken northisterone tablet I got periods on 18th of December didn't get properly..... now again within 15days I got periods again .... why ? What is the problem?

I have a skin type cover on my labia. Once acidently i scrapped a part during shaving after consultation, medication was given it was alright. Now its been 5 6 months i have this. Whenever i go for potty if i put pressure the skin gets filled with blood and swells up and it pains sometime. Again if it gets too swelled up i apply little pressure and it gets all the blood out and swelling stops but again next day if pressure is there it gets filled with blood. What is this and what should i do.
