Is it normal to have periods after 14 days of last one? She is a PCOD Patient and currently taking metformin as a medicine

I always had irregular periods like 45 days once or sometimes 2 months once,Am I lagging proper food ,can we make periods regular through food habits naturally since I do not want to take tablets or medicines

Hello doctors, My girlfriend noticied one brown dot with a little lump on her left breast just above aerola which changed to dark green.She is getting very much concerned regarding this.Please help

Both ovaries cyst reduced by 2cm each with dinogest 2mg for 2months and 4mg from last 1month. AMH 0.741 Experiencing mild pain very often and twice thrice in a day severe pain in lower abdomen. Brown discharge with black dirty material from last 4days. Cyst size right 4.5cm and left 3.6cm Should i continue dinogest 4mg or go for laproscopy?
