Periods twice a month

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, I have had PCOD since I was 19 and I'm currently using Meprate so i get my periods every 45days. Recently I've been trying to lose weight and getting my diet right, So for the last 3 terms I've been getting periods twice each time within the span of 12days. Is this normal, does this mean I'm ovulating twice..?
