Long Monthly menstruations cycle

HCG test Reports Result
Hello, this last sat i.e on 2 i found that I am preganant but test HCG test was 70 mu. But at TvS no sac seen and after 48 hours my hcg level.get down to 38. What doesnt mean is i am going to miscarry my first child.. I am so much worried.
