High eosinophils after Medical Abortion
I had a medical abortion at 5 weeks using Mifepristone and misoprostol. The bleeding stopped after 11 days which was again started the next day and again stooped the next day(13th day). After which there was still pain in lower abdomen. After complete blood test the levels of eosinophils were increased (7% in blood) than it was few months before (3% in blood).
Can this be a symptom of infection?

Get ultrasound done to confirm complete abortion. Repeat your blood test from a reliable test. Eosinophils are generally raised in allergic reaction, in infections lymphocytes and neutrophils are generally raised.
